NWAZ Launched

The National Writers Association of Zambia was officially launched on 17 July, 2025 at the New Government Complex in Lusaka. It was a most successful event, buoyed by a fully-subscribed book fair. It was a wonderful meeting of writers, book lovers, book publishers and other industry players as well as government officials and the press, marked with intense, joyful interaction and vigorous networking. It was a momentous, memorable occasion promising a great future for Zambian literature.
